Anchor Section
Grade 1 and grade 2 students
The Program
This section is based on five areas: body, mind, spirit, community and creativity. The emphasis is on fun and programmed activities which include games, crafts, stories and opportunities to learn and share in new experiences. Throughout their time in the Anchor Section, children can gain badges and recognition for their participation in the program.
Uniform
It consists of a white shirt, black pants and black footwear as part of their formal uniform. On casual occasions brigaders will wear a red polo and black pants. Pictures below illustrate the positions of all badges and accessories for this age group.
